OCT 25 - DEC 19, 2008: <strong>THE PRICE OF FREEDOM</strong>
“The Price of Freedom,” a multi-media exhibition curated by Jeanne Brasile, has its opening reception on Saturday, October 25, 2008, 5-7pm at City Without Walls (cWOW) main gallery on 6 Crawford Street, Newark, NJ. The reception is part of the 2008 Newark Open Doors festivities. The Newark Arts Council is sponsoring free shuttle buses between Newark Penn Station and cWOW for opening night. The exhibition remains on view through December 19, 2008 and is free and open to the public Wednesdays through Fridays 12-6pm and Saturdays 1-6pm. Directions

NOV 16 - JAN 18: <strong>cWOW @ CORRIDOR GALLERY</strong>
“Close to the Edge,” a multi-site exhibition organized by Kevin Blythe Sampson and Reynolds, travels to Rush Philanthropic Corridor Gallery in Brooklyn. The opening reception is on Sunday, November 16, 3-7pm at Corridor Gallery, 334 Grand Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11238. The exhibition is on view through January 18, 2009, and is free and open to the public Fridays and Saturdays, 12-6pm.

"Sudden Faces" at Seton Hall Law from August 9 - December 12, 2008, curated by Evonne M. Davis, is an exhibition about memory and deja vu. This exhibition includes 20 large works by artists John Day, Anki King, Jesse Matin, and Fausto Sevila. At Seton Hall University School of Law, One Newark Center, Newark, NJ 07102. Free and open to the public, daily 10am - 5pm. Directions
JANUARY 5 - DECEMBER 13: <strong>METRO 25 TRAVELS</strong>
METRO 25, cWOW's twenty-fifth annual juried travelling small works show tours the State of New Jersey. METRO 25 jurors are Heather Darcy (Mixed Greens Gallery), Erin Donnelly (Lower Manhattan Cultural Council), and Carlo McCormick (Paper Magazine).
